• Local & Farm-Fresh: We personally work with Oak Hollow Market, a local farmstead collective connecting small Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma farmers and artisans to guests like you. Think farm-fresh eggs, local produce, and artisan goods — sourced right from the community. $40 flat shopping fee, groceries billed at exact cost with the receipt.
• Quick & Convenient: Prefer the basics? We can run a Walmart pickup order for your standard groceries and essentials. $25 flat shopping fee, groceries billed at exact cost with the receipt.

Just tick the grocery option under “Optional Add-Ons” when you book direct, then send us your list (or a budget and we'll pick sensible basics). We confirm everything with you before we shop.

More Ways to Make Your Stay Easy

A few other extras you can add right on the booking page:

• Late check-out: $40, when the schedule allows. If a same-day arrival prevents it, we'll tell you right away and refund it in full.
• Mid-stay housekeeping & linen refresh — $150. A tidy-up plus fresh sheets and towels partway through a longer stay.
• Babysitting by request — $30/hr. Tell us the date, hours, and your kids' ages at booking and we'll confirm a sitter before you arrive, so you can enjoy a night out on the square.

Early check-in is always free whenever turnover permits — just ask.
